Riders slog it out in new Strathearn time trial club

THE first meeting of Comrie and Crieff Cycling Time Trial Club on Wednesday, June 13, saw eight riders taking part on a 10 mile course.

The undulating route started and finished at Comrie cemetery and there was a stiff easterly breeze. Times: Pete Mayne 29:20, Guy McDowell 29:46, Danny Gilbert 29:55, Colin McPhail 30:07, Digby Sym 30:23, Noel Paterson 31:53, Ian Findley 31:58, Martin Bunyard puncture.
