Dad names baby girl 'Facebook'

A PROUD new dad has called his baby daughter 'Facebook' after the government was overthrown in Egypt.

The man was so pleased with the social networking site's part in his country's revolution, that he decided to call his newborn daughter after the popular website.

Organisers and protestors used Facebook to promote their plight during the uprising which started in January -  and many Egyptians were grateful to the site for being able to help them take president Hosni Mubarak from power.
