'Jedward' twin damages knee onstage and continues performance

JEDWARD star Edward Grimes suffered a knee injury while singing with his twin brother John at the weekend- and amazingly finished his performance before being rushed to hospital.

The duo who shot to fame on ITV'S X Factor damaged ligaments to his knee while performing to thousands of fans during their set at T4 On The Beach.

Bursting onto the stage with their rendition of the Ghostbusters tune, Edward appears to fall awkwardly injuring his knee.

Despite being in obvious pain, the reality star continues the rest of the set before being taken to a nearby hospital.
