Camera-loving squirrel jumps in on holiday snap

A CHEEKY squirrel jumped in on a couple's holiday snap during their holiday in Lake Minnewanka in Banff National Park, Canada.

The couple decided to take a lakeside picture and set their camera on a timer.

It is thought the inquisitive squirrel was investigating the noise from the camera lense focusing when the picture was taken.

Melissa Brandts and her husband were thrilled by the little rodent's appearance in their picture. She said: "It was a once in a lifetime moment - we were laughing about this little guy for days!"
