A 10-YEAR-OLD boy was told he couldn't get a children's meal at a Chinese restaurant because he was too tall.
Ben Gardner was measured by staff who recorded his height as 149cm - nine centimetres over the limit for the discounted food.
Dad Gareth had to pay the full cost, £10, for his son's meal.
