LOGOS Youth Project is planning to keep Strathearn’s teenagers (and 11 and 12-year-olds) busy over the summer break.
The project, for high school pupils, is running a special summer programme filled with fun things to do.
Over the six weeks the High Street centre will be open between 6-9pm on Tuesdays for drop-in and Get Crafty, an art and craft workshop; Thursdays for drop-in and The Look, body and skin care for boys and girls; Fridays for the new S1 movie night and Saturdays for drop-in and a games competition.
Youngsters will also be able to sign up for a day out to the Glasgow Science Centre on July 10 and M&Ds on July 31. Each trip costs £8.
The new S1s can take part in an activity week from August 3 to 7. Activities will include fun and games, arts and crafts, a treasure hunt, BBQ, karaoke and cake baking and will close with a trip out on the Friday.
Co-ordinator Robert McDonald said: “Logos is a great space to relax and meet with your friends. We have lots going on each week and hope that within the summer activities there will be something for everyone to enjoy.”
