AUCHTERARDER Library are holding an event at the end of July to celebrate Green Balloon Club week. This summer BBC Breathing Places is joining forces with CBeebies’ Green Balloon Club programme for a week of activities for children, parents and carers, to do one thing for nature.
And the Lang Toon Library have decided to give youngsters between the ages of three and seven the opportunity to do that one thing under its roof on Wednesday, July 29.
Between 11am and 12noon children will be able to make a bath bomb or a feast for garden birds out of natural things or listen to a selection of nature themed stories.
The cost of the event is £1. Places are limited so please book in advance by contacting the library on (01764) 663850 or email auchterarderlibrary@pkc.gov.uk.
