ON Saturday, November 22, Crieff Choral Group will perform “The Mikado” by WS Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan in St Andrews Church Halls, Crieff at 7.30pm.
The Choir will be directed and lead by the very experienced and talented Peter Rutterford and accompanied on the organ by Howard Duthie, the head of music at Morrison’s Academy who is no stranger to working with the Choir.
Actor Ralph Riach will be the narrator and on this occasion the soloists are members of the Choir and indeed all members have been working and rehearsing hard for the event.
Already the concert has proved to be very popular and we are very pleased to announce that all tickets for the performance have been sold!
For those who are unable to purchase a ticket for this concert, please note you will have the opportunity of hearing the Choir perform The Creation by Haydn in Crieff Parish Church on March 22, 2009 at 7.30pm.
