Comrie man caught with cocaine at T in the Park
A COMRIE man, caught with a small amount of cocaine at the T in the Park music festival, was fined £300 at Perth Sheriff Court this week.
The court was told that Scott William Spence (25), of Tay Avenue, Comrie, had .5 of a gramme of the Class A drug, worth £25.
He admitted the offence which took place at Balado on July 11. A not guilty plea to a second charge of being in possession of cannabis was accepted by the Crown.
A solicitor for Spence, who earns £300 a week as a joiner, said the drugs were for his own use.
