Man, 52, charged in sex attack case
A man has appeared in court over an alleged sexual assault on a woman at the side of a road.
Stephen Garbutt, 52, from Dundee, appeared at Perth Sheriff Court charged under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009 and theft.
He made no plea and no declaration and the case was continued for further examination. Garbutt was released on bail.
