Police name crash victim teenager

A teenager killed in a head-on crash between a van and a car which left two men seriously injured has been named by police.

Storm Andrews, who was 17 and was driving the car, died at the scene.

His front seat passenger, an 18-year-old man, is in a critical condition at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee after the crash in Perthshire.
