Swinney seeks cash boost from Japan
Japanese business leaders have been urged to forge links with Scotland to help develop a "greener" economy.
Finance Secretary John Swinney told delegates and students at Tokyo University to embrace an "exchange of expertise".
His speech was part of a three-day tour of Japan, aimed at improving business links.
