Fishermen not wearing lifejackets
A skipper and two crewmen who died when their fishing boat capsized were not wearing lifejackets.
Tony Hayton, 45, and two others were killed when clam dredger The Aquila overturned off the west coast of Scotland.
A fourth man survived and was taken to hospital, where his condition is non life-threatening.
